Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on sneakerlife.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

1. General Returns (Non-Sale Items)

Returns are only accepted for items that are not on sale or second-hand, and only under the following conditions:

– The item is defective or not as described.
– The return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
– The item is returned in its original packaging and condition, unused and unworn.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please log a return.

3. Sale and Second-Hand Items

All sale and second-hand items are sold as-is and are strictly **non-returnable and non-refundable**, except where required by the CPA due to material defects. Customers must inspect and accept the condition of these items before purchasing.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on approved returns. Sneakerlife.co.za does not provide pre-paid shipping or reimburse return postage.

5. Process for Returns

To request a return, email admin@sneakerlife.co.za, we will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

6. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

7. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted if:
– The item shows signs of wear or misuse.
– The item was altered after delivery.
– The return request is submitted after 7 calendar days.
– The item was sold as a sale or second-hand item (unless materially defective).

8. Consumer Rights Disclaimer

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Act. You retain the right to return defective goods in accordance with Section 56 of the CPA.
